Redd
Redd plays original music that is a popular mix of alternative/dance/groove/world fusion/rock/pop/R&B/reggae/trip hop/folk/ jazz and celtic, with the occasional cover song.
Redd in it’s present form has only been in existence since 2007. Band founder and writer of most of Redd’s material Ros Sinclair is originally from England. In 2000 Ros teamed up with vocalist Stephanie Tatum Ford and Redd in its embryonic form was born. Later the girls got together with local keyboard player/vocalist Scotty Nelson and played with various line-ups until late 2006 when they met fiddle player/guitarist Jeff Quin. It was Jeff who introduced them to bass player Joe Barry and later the band invited drummer/MC Orlando to join them.
Redd’s video “Sweet Lou” can be seen on YouTube at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0A1zy4uQJBU.
